This Privacy Policy explains how PSD Album (psdalbum.in, "we", "us") handles information when you visit the site. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not sell personal data.

Information we collect

Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.
Server and security logs: our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites, to count page views.
Data stored on your device: favourites, recently viewed designs and your theme choice are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. PSD Album itself does not need cookies to work. Third parties described below, mainly advertising partners, may place and read cookies or use similar technologies (such as web beacons and device identifiers) when you visit our pages.

Template files are delivered through Google Drive. When you open a download link you are on Google's service and Google's privacy policy applies.

We link to other websites, including our sister site TamilPSD.in. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites.

Children

The site is meant for photographers and designers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we do not run accounts, the only personal data we normally hold is email correspondence; write to us and we will delete it on request.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
